The SMLCA 2025 Annual Meeting

EVENT DETAILS:

The SMLCA Board of Directors extends a warm welcome to all Members to attend our virtual Annual Meeting (AM).  This is an opportunity for our Members to learn about the work of the Association during the last year. This year we will hear a presentation from the Township of Georgian Bay fire department on fire prevention best practices.

The Board needs to hear from our Members to help form our plans for next year. We urge you to come to the AM, hear what’s been going on and share your feedback for the betterment of the community.

We are still seeking nominations for directors as well as motions for the meeting. Please do this before October 14^th. Go to info@sixmilelake.net to respond to this.

You must be a current paid-up Member in order to register for the event.  If your membership has lapsed, you will be required to renew your membership in order to register.

TO DESIGNATE A PROXY – If you cannot attend the meeting but want to designate a proxy to attend on your behalf, you must REGISTER for the meeting and provide the proxy information when prompted.  Proxies do not need to be Members.  If you need assistance finding a proxy, please send an email to agm@sixmilelake.net and our team will be happy to assist you.
