The Waste Cost Review Committee was struck to review how solid waste is managed within the Township of Georgian Bay.

The committee has been meeting since June of 2007 and has now released its report with recommendations. Public meetings, to review the recommendations, will be held in April and July. You will receive official notification of the meetings with your tax bill.

The committee is proposing significant changes in the locations and hours of the transfer bin sites. Some of these changes have already been implemented.
