At last year’s Annual General Meeting a new set of Bylaws for the association was ratified by the membership. This new By Law #1 replaced the older constitution which was ratified in 1986.

Although the By Law was ratified, two motions were discussed and approved to modify sections 6.5 and 8.5 of the By Laws. These changes were adopted by the executive of the association last summer but still need to be ratified by the membership.

The ratification vote will be held at the Annual General Meeting on June 26th at the Baxter Area Community Centre.
