This summer we are co-hosting a FOCA Cottage Succession Seminar along with the Severn River Association of Property Owners. This is a program developed by the Federation of Ontario Cottagers’ Associations to help cottagers keep the cottage in the family. You can find out more about the program at FOCA’s web site.

The seminar is scheduled for Saturday, August 17 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Severn Lodge, on Gloucester Pool, in the Regatta Room.

Severn Lodge is located at 116 Gloucester Trail which off of White’s Falls Road (Muskoka Road 34).

Space for the this seminar is limited. You will need to reserve a spot by sending an email to CottageSuccession@SixMileLake.net.

The seminar is free for SMLCA, SRAPO and FOCA members in good standing. Preference will be given these members. There will be a $10 non member fee at the door if there is space available. Reserve your spot early!
