You can signup or renew in 4 different ways:

By Mail:  You can mail in the form above along with your dues.

Mail the completed form and cheque to:

In Person:  Download and print out the above membership form and and bring it and your dues to the cottage of any member of the Board of Directors or our Membership Chair (Liz – at SMLCA Directory location W038).

At the AGM:  Download and print out the membership form above and and bring it to the AGM on June 9, 2018.

Membership Designation Form

If you are the registered property owner however wish to designate another person to be the Member to represent your property for the duration of the year, you may submit the following form along with the Membership form above.

Membership Designation Form

This entitles the Member Designate to represent your property in all matters pertaining to being a Member of the SMLCA instead of you.  This includes voting as a Member at all meeting of Members (i.e. AGM), filling in surveys, receiving the Echoes, and generally being the Member spokesperson for your property.  This type of designation is mostly used by the registered property owner who wishes to assign their memberships to an Adult child or spouse who is NOT the registered property owner.
