Ombudsman André Marin presented his long-awaited report on his investigation into the transparency of the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation process and the integrity and efficiency of its decision-making at a press conference this morning. Following a five-month investigation, Mr. Marin presented 22 recommendations in his final report titled, “Getting it Right.”
