This year, Six Mile Lake cottagers  had a once-in-a lifetime opportunity to buy a raffle ticket for a 7-day, all-inclusive holiday at a magnificent new resort in Tulum Mexico. The prize was arranged by Cami Jocsak through her travel company Planned to Perfection.  Tickets could be bought at the regatta, online at the web site, and at the golf tournament.

Excitement built as the time for the draw neared, at the end of the evening at the SMLCA golf tournament. And the winner was . . . drum roll please . . . Gary Black.  Gary had bought his ticket at the regatta.

Even if you didn’t win the trip, you’re still a winner as the money raised will be used by the Six Mile Lake Cottagers Association to support the myriad projects that make Six Mile Lake such a wonderful place.
