The Township of Georgian Bay hosted a public Open House on January 20, 2018 for a proposed Draft Official Plan Amendment. The amendment concerns applications that propose development exceeding the maximum permitted gross floor area (GFA) outlined in the Zoning By-Law and Official Plan within the Six Mile Lake waterfront community.
