The Township of Georgian Bay is undertaking a review for the need of amendments to By-law 91-19 to ensure certain regulations remain current and up to date. The amendments are also intended to incorporate changes that will accommodate changes in community development patterns to ensure the by-law regulations reflect the evolving character of the Township.

By-law 91-19 was amended last year by By-Law 2004-57. By-law 2004-57 implemented the new zoning regulations for Six Mile Lake.

As part of the process the Township Planning Department is hosting a Planning Workshop on June 18, 2005 at the Inn at Christies Mill in Port Severn from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
