The Township of Georgian Bay has released the first draft version of its revised Zoning By-Law.
This draft version and all the documents relating to the Zoning By-Law Review are available at www.gbtownship.ca/content/zoning-law-review.
The township has scheduled two Public Workshops to review the draft Zoning By-Law with the community and to obtain community input.
The times and locations are indicated in the table below:

Early in the summer of 2011 the SMLCA ran a survey for the lake community regarding the old Official Plan and Zoning By-Law. The results of that survey were published in August of the same year and were shared with the township planning department.
